2.1. Booking a trip with Live360adventures requires payment of a deposit.
2.2. The deposit amount and payment terms may vary depending on the trip and will be specified in the trip itinerary.
2.3. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the trip itinerary.
2.4. The remaining trip balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the trip, unless otherwise specified in the trip itinerary.
3.1. If you cancel your trip, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the trip itinerary.
3.2. The cancellation policy for the remaining trip balance may vary depending on the trip and will be specified in the trip itinerary.
3.3. In the event that Live360adventures cancels a trip, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to us.
4.1. Participation in adventure activities carries inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, high altitude, inclement weather, and equipment failure.
4.2. By booking and participating in a trip with Live360adventures, you acknowledge and assume these risks and hazards and agree to release Live360adventures, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss suffered during the trip.
4.3. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, permits, and travel documents required for your trip.
5.1. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation and repatriation.
5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy provides adequate coverage for your trip.
6.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Live360adventures or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
6.2. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
