Yes, we have adventure tours and trips outside India like Kilimanjaro Trek in Tanzania, Motorbiking in Sri Lanka or Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal to name a few. We however also do customized trips as per the guest / corporate requests.
Yes, we do offer customized corporate outing packages as per the requirements. We understand the team outing objective and build a customized package as per the corporate team size and inclusions.
Every partner before getting onboard has to submit a strict self evaluation and audit with proofs on more than 20 parameters in each safety, sustainability and quality parameters. Also the feedback from industry peers, customers and corporates are also taken into consideration. The benchmarks of the audit are the guidelines advised by the Government of India, Ministry of Tourism and international standards and guidelines.
We certify partners with quality assurance once the audit has been completed and found their operations above satisfactory level.
Backpack or duffel bag is what we strongly recommend, hard top trolleys or suitcases can be difficult to store in vehicles, under the seats etc. Most of the time you have to carry your own luggage where hardtop suitcases can be cumbersome. Also the trolley bags may not move well on uneven surfaces and the chances of breakage is very high. In case you are hiring porters or ponies, soft bags like a backpack will be best suited for purpose.
Travellers arrive from different parts of the world, it would not be easy to include the airfares in the package. We are more than happy to assist you in making your flight bookings.
The maximum group size for Premium trips is limited to 20, you can expect an average of 15 pax per group. In normal tours the group size drastically varies depending on the kind of tour and destination. On an average you can expect 25 to 30 people in a normal fixed departure with enough local guides to ensure safety.
We normally have 1 guide for every 10 participants in a moderately difficult level adventure. The guide count may increase depending on the technicality and difficulty level of the tour.
There are no general age restrictions to participate in our tours if you are medically and physically fit. You must be 18 years old to travel independently and there is no upper age limit. For the participants below 18 years old we may require a consent from parents or accompanied by parents on the tour. If any specific trip has age restrictions you will find it in the trip details page.
We usually do not charge extra for single traveller, that means you will be sharing the accommodation with another traveller of same sex. We ensure travellers of opposite sex are not accommodated in the same room, if booked as single travellers. In that case you may need to pay a single supplement charge.
Yes, we do provide the list of tentative hotel names during the course of booking. The final list of hotels booked will be shared 5 days prior to the departure along with the trip voucher.
In most of the trips it’s near impossible to join a trip after it has begun. You may be able leave early depending upon the kind of trip and destination you have chosen. However, you will be responsible for your arrangements and all the costs associated, on joining a trip late or leaving it early.In case you decide so please do inform us well in advance so that we can update you the possibilities and assist you in arrangements wherever possible.
We usually do not include transfers in our packages as we have experienced that arranging a transport on your own is the most efficient and economical way of getting to the hotel. However, we arrange the transfers mostly wherever we feel it would be difficult or expensive for you to arrange on your own. In case you prefer a pre arranged transfer by us, it can be done at additional cost.
Tipping is not mandatory but customary and is entirely at your own discretion. Suggested tipping amounts as per the destination and the type of trip is included in the trip information brochure which we share with you after making the booking.
